My weight has been bouncing back and forth between 159.5 and 158.5. I went back up to 159.5 and stayed there for a few days. So I did some reevaluating. I've definitely stepped up my exercise program. Im keeping within the recommended calories. I reevaluated what I'm eating. I found a place where I can knock off about 150 calories a day. In the evening I have been in the habit of having a bowl of cheerios or shredded wheat with strawberries and almond milk or real milk. I realized that it is a habit. It isn't coming from a place of hunger. So I decided to stop. I can knock off about 1000 calories a week.
Today Im back down to 158.5. Hopefully Im on the right track now.
