What I have noticed as my weight goes down

  1. Clothes looser, down 2 sizes
  2. Feel free and easy as I move through my day.
  3. Can go through the turn style at the Wild Animal Park without turning sideways.
  4. Hips dont touch arms of desk chair in computer room
  5. When I accidently see my reflection in a glass window, I feel good, not bad.
  6. Going up and down stairs gets easier all the time. Ankle still a little stiff but getting more flexible all the time.
  7. Willing to put on a swim suit at the gym. Swimming feels absolutely wonderful. It is my non food treat to myself when I finish my workout.
  8. FRiends stop me to talk and say I look great. They are afraid to say, 'you lost weight' So I tell them Ive lost weight. And they say, "Yes, I noticed'
  9. It is easy to turn over in bed.
  10. In fact EVERYTHING about my life has changed.
