Just got home from the gym. Pushed my cardio up another notch. Im managed to keep it up for 30 minutes instead of 25. That includes intervals. Also, stretches and weights. Plus a little something to continue rehab for my ankle. It sure feels good when I stop! Well, actually it feels good when Im doing it. I enjoy the gym. I was going regularly when I was fat. But my workouts were half hearted at best.
Exercise is just as important as cutting down on calories when it comes to loosing weight
